Hi, my name is Luca Virgona, and I'm the founder of Coach Wise — a business specialising in helping online fitness coaches build a professional business that they can run, with lifestyle flexibility as a core focus.
Our goal: create an infrastructure that coaches use to remove the stress/time commitment they’d experience through in-person PT or running an online model with a million scattered puzzle pieces.
Our Mission/Why
Too many great coaches are drowning in a business with no system — endless admin, no freedom to take time off, and low profit months.
Not because they’re bad at coaching, but because no one has shown them how to run their business like a business.

Our Services
We help fitness coaches set up backend systems to run their business. Including CRM, calendar, booking confirmation automations, websites and landing pages. Additionally, we work with these coaches by running their marketing/advertising and then help them learn how to do it on their own and sell ethically. This includes ethical sales training, and learning how to connect with their audience authentically, via value-driven resources outside of just social media. We aim to help coaches go from an unorganised business that they don't know how to run - to a business that is much more streamlined, saving them time and effort.
Ultimately, fitness coaches leave with a streamlined software, tools and SOPs, along with more confidence in their ability to land more clients and fulfil on them consistently, professionally and ethically.
